Technical Training Courses
After completing a series of training programs designed specifically for
Avaya, Smith & Hutchens has begun production of its own series of
training programs on CD. We can create a custom training program
tailored to your company's needs or make a private label (add your logo
and messaging) version of one of our programs. Our Norstar Programming
Guide is ideally suited for private label branding and distribution to
your Norstar customers.
In compiling these courses, we have incorporated digital photography of
the equipment, video on Norstar programming, and screen shots of
programming.
Nortel Networks Voice Products Familiarization Course: The
Nortel Familiarization course covers the most common voice products
they have to offer today. The Familiarization CD can be used in
several ways. You have the option to take a knowledge review after
each module with a certificate of completion given after
successfully completing a final exam, or use it as a reference
document for daily activities. This course is designed for
individuals having the need for an overview of the Nortel product
line.
This course is currently under development and will be available
soon.
Norstar Programming Guide: The Norstar CD is ideal for system
Administrators and Technicians. Most Administrators do not access
the system enough to get real comfortable with programming the
Norstar. So if you’re an Administrator or a Technician you can
quickly and easily load up the CD, view the video and make the
changes. The Norstar Programming CD shows someone making each of the
changes from start to finish making this CD ideal for the everyday
user and even more for the casual user.
